Ate at the tapas restaurant for breakfast. Everything was simply great.

It is clean, unique hotel, that has very good staff and location. Tapas restaurant is great for breakfast.

Had good 1 day here thanks to its beautiful staff and location. I liked sitting in the tapas restaurant for breakfast. I had a comfy bed, coffee/tea making machines and glassware.

All was good, including staff and rooms. I loved my 1 night there.

Better choose this place to stay when in Leeds. I was here for 1 night and ate at tapas restaurant for breakfast. Its location was very central, 500 metres from Space.

Marvellous position along with welcoming staff are the reasons we enjoyed this pleasant hotel.

Staff and location etc were perfect. Even though the view was particularly nice, I had nice large bedroom. I loved the proximity to a mall and the main shopping centre in Leeds. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

I stayed here 1 night and I loved it. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, an iron and a work desk. Walking distance to shopping centres and a market across the street.

The property was fairly clean and quiet and the location was ideal. Tasty breakfast with great food served on time.

So excellent location, extremely cheerful staff, a great selection of food for the continental breakfast. Double room was good modern, everything was outstanding. Near a clean beach.

Location is very nice good and personnel is exceedingly nice. Worth every penny view of castle.

Not the cheapest one but good value. Perfect breakfast, historic location. Rooms were soundproof and en suite and bathroom was ample with walk in shower. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. Green garden and good pool. Besides, I parked outside.

We liked the brilliant location, and the responsive staff. The breakfasts here were delicious with good coffee, sausages, our poached eggs. Inviting reception...

The view was superb and the staff were pleasant! Well-maintained unit with utensils and cutlery.

Overall a pleasant stay, great value. The hotel was clean, and we liked a PERFECT location. There were shops and the markets around the property. Calm room and reasonably clean bathroom. Hard working staff. Generally service was marvellous too.

Everything you might need for your easter is here, we loved staff and location. They have breakfast, it costs gbp 12 per person. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Azucar, set within 5 minutes walk or so. Incredible base for 2 nights: )

Perfect location, reasonable prices. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Oracle that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

excellant location, leeds bradford airport was 9 miles away. short drive to kirkgate market.
